TERMS OF PAYMENT
& TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. GENERAL

By purchasing any service, the customer declares that they have read and fully accept these terms. The centre’s services include cryotherapy, red light therapy, contrast therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IHHT, lymphatic compression, sensory deprivation – float therapy, and IV therapies.

  1. PACKAGES & VALIDITY

Services are provided either as individual sessions or as packages. An individual session (drop-in) is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. The five (5)-session package is valid for two (2) months, while the ten (10)-session package is valid for four (4) months. Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed upon expiration, unless the customer requests cancellation in a timely manner.

  1. PAYMENTS

Payment for services must be made in advance, either online or at the center. Sessions have a specific validity period, which is specified at paragraph 2 and communicated to the customer at the time of purchase. Services must be used within this period. After the expiration of the validity period, any unused sessions are not compensated, and the corresponding fee is not refunded. Unused sessions cannot be carried over to a later period. The center reserves the right to adjust prices, following prior notification to customers. Any changes do not affect services that have already been purchased and paid for.

  1. CANCELLATIONS & RESERVATIONS

Prior reservation is required for participation in any treatment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the session will be charged as usual.

  1. HEALTH & SAFETY

Before services begin, completion of a medical history form is mandatory. The client hereby declares that they are in suitable health to participate in the treatments. In cases such as pregnancy or existing medical conditions, medical clearance may be required. Use of the services is at the client’s sole responsibility

  1. CONDUCT & USE OF PREMISES

Clients must show respect toward staff and other visitors, as well as observe basic hygiene rules. Smoking or eating is not permitted in the treatment areas. In the event of a late arrival, the duration of the session may be reduced.

  1. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

The centre is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Use of the available lockers is at the client’s sole responsibility.

  1. PRIVACY

Photography or videography on the premises is not permitted without prior authorization. Clients’ personal data is protected in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR)

  1. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

The centre reserves the right to refuse service in the event of non-compliance with these terms or for security reasons.

  1. AMENDMENT OF TERMS

These terms may be amended at any time. Customers are responsible for regularly checking for any changes.
